Assalamualaikum :D I have a new favourite eating place which is Gerai Makan Noor Ali Enterprise. This eatery is situated very close to the Ayer Keroh gate. It serves typical Malaysian breakfast meals and is very famous for its own menu invention on roti canai or also known as flying bread. Fyi, all the tables would be fully accommodated in the morning because many customers rushed here for breakfast.  Some of the menu. More menu list. The owner of the eatery who was keen to show me how the 'roti's were made. Roti welding (RM3.50) It was a typical roti canai but with egg, tuna, chilli sauce and mayonnaise.  Roti selimut (RM4.50) Same as roti welding but with the addition of cheese. I love this very much! Assalamualaikum :D I always craved for Malaysian food during my stays in Ankara but I knew it was impossible so any rice meals would be a better option. I found one at Bizim Lokanta, a small restaurant located near my new hostel in Kizilay. Interesting enough that it became m y most frequently visited restaurant in Turkey so I had a special memory with it! There was many other menu selection. All the meals were with reasonable prices. This is because it was uncommon for Turks to eat rice. Fyi the rice was not too sticky compared than that at Oktay Lokantasi . Assalamualaikum :D I went to Uranos Sarikaya, a cave restaurant at Kapadokya. I had a four course meal for lunch there.   The restaurant was huge!! There were a lot of carvings on the wall. The restaurant would be packed with groups of tourists so early reservation is encouraged. The eating area. The whirling dervishes (Turkish dance) wall carvings. The kitchen. The starter of the meal was corbalar. It was kinda bean soup but it tasted very good especially when I dipped bread into it. The chef there served some traditional stew from a claypot. Assalamualaikum :) There was a not-so-new chef-owned restaurant at Jonker Walk area. The cafe restaurant is owned by Chef Ibrahim and serves guaranteed halal western cuisines.
