Halia Inc @ Jalan Merdeka

Assalamualaikum :)
My sisters brought me to Halia Inc located at the riverside of Malacca River. The restaurant is strategically located at Malacca Town and promotes Western cuisines which make a lot of tourists came here.

The menu revolves around starters & salads, pizza, pasta, 
sandwiches & burgers, mains and local cuisines. 
There were menus for the drinks and desserts at the back.


Lamb shank with basil mashed potato and crispy leeks. (RM49)


Peri chicken pizza. The handmade pizza was soo tempting
because we ate it while it was hot. (RM24)



Besides western cuisine, there were also local Malaysian food 
like nasi lemak, nyonya laksa and fried rice. So here was fried rice with
 chicken satay, fried egg acar and fish cracker. (RM17) There was no 
egg in this picture because I removed the
 bursted egg yolk before it ruined my food. Hehe

We ordered mango juice (RM12) and orange juice (RM8). 
The taste was quite good but there was no sugar 
so the orange juice was too sour for me.  
We also had a scrumptious dessert, the red velvet cake!
Chocolate milkshake. (RM10)

All the food was soo delicious and we had consumed more than enough for three. So yeah the restaurant is highly recommended. Do come here.

      assalamulaikum athirah. yup, they got halal certificate and you can see the halal logo in the restaurant too. so far that I know, the manager and the workers are all Malays (and Muslims too) :D

Assalamualaikum :) Last weekend, I went for iftar with my sister at Black Canyon Restaurant which located at Dataran Pahlawan Megamall. Black Canyon Restaurant owns by a Thai company and there are lots of franchises of the restaurant in several countries including Malaysia. The one that we went just opened early this year. Mawilla Yacht Club Restaurant @ Jalan Tanjung Batu, Labuan

Assalamualaikum :) People assured me to try seafood in Labuan probably due to its cheap price. I came to know about Mawilla Yacht Club Restaurant, which was also recommended by my sister. Mawilla restaurant is located along the beachside, so I was able to enjoy the Labuan's beach view (even it was at night).  The restaurant is  owned by Prospergrow Development  Sdn. Bhd and is claimed to be halal however they serve beer.  The restaurant was spacious!! A lot of crowd came here. There was a huge boat which contained a variety of seafood. The seafood that was available there. The price of the seafood. Satak in black pepper sauce. It was my first time eating satak but I already fall in love with it. Fyi, satak tastes like lobster. Row-Six Restaurant @ Aeon Bandaraya

Assalamualaikum :) One fine day, as my sisters and I were walking through Aeon Bandaraya Melaka for food hunting, a new restaurant so-called Row-Six caught the eyes of the three hungry fellas. Yup, us!! Row Six is a franchise restaurants which serves Southeast Asia meals; Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam and Philippines. What makes it interesting, it is halal!! Yeah, there was a halal certificate displayed. (Disclaimer: I do not know whether other franchises of Row-Six are halal or not) There is a plenty of menu selection here. What makes the menu interesting is the origin and the spiciness level of each food  is stated. Can you see Malaysian flag up here? Nasi ketuk with chicken rendang, fried onions sauce,sambal,  papaya pickles, spicy spinach, fried egg and fish cracker. (RM16.95) I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS NASI KETUK. There were also other types of nasi ketuk like nasi ketuk  with seafood combo, or with fried kembong fish and many more!
