Melantak Steak Hub @ Kota Syahbandar

I went to Melantak Steak Hub at Kota Syahbandar, a restaurant specializes in serving steaks. The staffs there explained that most of the meats they served are imported from Japan and Australia, and is Halal guaranteed.


How it was in the restaurant.


The bamboo wall gave a look of countryside interior. 


The menu. 


Besides the ones listed on the menu, there were also thawed meats and seafood in the meat displayed freezer to be chosen by the customers themselves. The meat would be grilled from rare to well, based on the customer's preference and it would be served with barbecue sauce, coleslaw and mashed potato.


Variety of meat cuts packets; cuts of lamb, beef, salmon and many more.
Each packet would be labelled with the production date, expiry date, total weight and the price per kilogram.


This cuts of beef illustration was provided to assist customers when choosing the meat parts.



Rib eye steak (RM160/kg)
Is this Kobe beef? Lol :P
This meal cost me RM35.80.
I love the marinade recipe and the barbecue sauce went well with the steak.
It just could be better if the dressing of the coleslaw was tossed thoroughly.


Lamb rack (RM170/kg)
So about 0.33kg of this lamb rack, the price was like RM55.40.
This was a little big portion thus I couldn't finish it by myself.


Lamb leg (RM128/kg)
I took the one cost for RM32.80.


Chicken grill (RM14.90)
The chicken was very well marinated and perfectly grilled.
I could taste both of the sweetness and spices on the chicken meat.



Burger bagak lamb small (RM22.90)
This was huge sized lamb burger served with wedges as bagak means huge.
There were options for bagak XL burgers too so I couldn't imagine how big it would be!



Free flow cold beverages for RM2!
I like the idea of the free flow drinks and it was cheap too :D



The marinade recipes were tasty than that I made!
Imported meat tends to incur high costs.
My advice is to share the big portion meal with your friends.

Mawilla Yacht Club Restaurant @ Jalan Tanjung Batu, Labuan

Assalamualaikum :) People assured me to try seafood in Labuan probably due to its cheap price. I came to know about Mawilla Yacht Club Restaurant, which was also recommended by my sister. Mawilla restaurant is located along the beachside, so I was able to enjoy the Labuan's beach view (even it was at night).  The restaurant is  owned by Prospergrow Development  Sdn. Bhd and is claimed to be halal however they serve beer.  The restaurant was spacious!! A lot of crowd came here. There was a huge boat which contained a variety of seafood. The seafood that was available there. The price of the seafood. Satak in black pepper sauce. It was my first time eating satak but I already fall in love with it. Fyi, satak tastes like lobster. Row-Six Restaurant @ Aeon Bandaraya

Assalamualaikum :) One fine day, as my sisters and I were walking through Aeon Bandaraya Melaka for food hunting, a new restaurant so-called Row-Six caught the eyes of the three hungry fellas. Yup, us!! Row Six is a franchise restaurants which serves Southeast Asia meals; Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam and Philippines. What makes it interesting, it is halal!! Yeah, there was a halal certificate displayed. (Disclaimer: I do not know whether other franchises of Row-Six are halal or not) There is a plenty of menu selection here. What makes the menu interesting is the origin and the spiciness level of each food  is stated. Can you see Malaysian flag up here? Nasi ketuk with chicken rendang, fried onions sauce,sambal,  papaya pickles, spicy spinach, fried egg and fish cracker. (RM16.95) I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS NASI KETUK. There were also other types of nasi ketuk like nasi ketuk  with seafood combo, or with fried kembong fish and many more!
