Sangkaya Coconut Ice Cream @ Dataran Pahlawan

Image
Assalamualaikum :D The coconut ice cream phenomenon created an uproar in Malaysia since last year. Sankaya is an authentic Thai street dessert which been served on a fresh coconut husk. Now Sangkaya ice cream kiosk is available at Dataran Pahlawan.  The kiosk. Love the cute caption :D The coconut husks for the servings. The price list. I ordered the signature coconut ice cream,  the one that served on coconut husk.  There were also coconut shake and  tea flavored ice cream or known as cha yen. The toppings which includes sweet corn, kidney beans, roasted peanuts, cereals, cornflakes and chocolate sauce. Bon apetit!  Fall in love with the creamy  and smooth texture of the ice cream. I'm already nuts with the coconuts. Recommended :D Sangkaya Coconut Ice Cream  Lot BE-01 A (opposite Starbucks) Lower Ground Floor Dataran Pahlawan Jalan Merdeka  Banda Hilir 75000 Melaka Malaysia. Assalamualaikum :) Satay celup is a popular dish in Malacca and it is hard to find the real halal satay celup. Celop-Celop is a restaurant owned by Muslim which mainly serves satay celup and yong tau foo. The restaurant is located near Aeon Bandaraya. The restaurant had a good hygeine.  The cashier and the buffet promotions. The tables with the stove. The choices of satays. Each stick costs for RM0.80. I ordered the couple set which consisted of 28 satay sticks and two drinks.  The set costed for RM25.90 which is very reasonable compared than eating at buffet price. Dip the satays into the hot kacang sauce for about 3 minutes and it will cooked. Sorry, I don't like the kacang sauce as it tasted very different than that we usually eat.  Mee hoon tom yam (RM5.90) Quite delicious. Bandung cincau (RM2.50) Limau asam boi (RM2.50) ABC (RM4.50) The outside eating area. Celop-Celop (Satay Celup

The cakes that been displayed there. The menu book.  Sundae cheesecake (RM15) The signature dish of the cafe.  It was a mix of cheesecake, caramelized walnut,  topped with vanilla ice cream and butterscotch sauce. Nutella cheese cake (RM12) This was sweetened hazelnut chocolate and  cheesecake served with berries.  The smooth texture of the cake was just nice which makes it simply irresistible!  French miniature (RM15) It consists of a creme brulee  with vanilla ice cream, choc mousse and panna cotta. I love all these three little miniatures. Chocolate frappe (RM8) Ferrero milkshake (RM9)
