Jadore Cikolata @ Beyoglu, Istanbul

Image
Assalamualaikum :D My Istanbul friend had brought me to a French inspired chocolate shop named Jadore Cikolata. It was located at Beyoglu which was an European side of Istanbul and near to Taksim Square, the heart of modern Istanbul.  It was a bit small and dark there. Ohh La La Beatrice (12.50 TL) It was a melted chocolate with sliced chocolate cakes,  sliced strawberries and bananas and topped with whipped cream. Hot chocolate (8 TL) Chocolate fondue (13.50 TL) Utensils needed to eat chocolate fondue. Ohh La La Beatrice was the most delicious dessert I ever had!! I am hoping for another visit here. Image
Assalamualaikum :) One of the restaurant that I went in Istanbul was Karadeniz Aile Pide Kebap Solonu (fuhh, such a long name) and, karadeniz means land and sea. It was located at Sultanahmet which was close to the hotel that I stayed in. This restaurant was establish since 1985 and it specialised in making pide which is Turkish pizza. The outside eating area. I love this. The open cook station. This was the 2nd floor. The view from 2nd floor. Ohh well, I saw some random guys came and performed to a group of tourists. Tavuk kanat (16.00 TL) It was a meal consisted of chicken wings, salads and rice. Tavuk sis (16.00 TL) It was a grilled chicken meal. Maybe this was at Istanbul so the food incurred high costs. I could get the same menu with much lower price at Ankara. After all, it was a nice restaurant so recommended. No. 1 Haci Tahsinbey Sokak Alemdar Mahallesi 34122 Sultanahmet Istanbul, Turkey (+90

Assalamualikum :)  My Turkish friend had recommended me to try HD Iskender so last weekend I had lunch there.  HD Iskender was the first brand that served iskender, which is a typical Turkish meal. It is very famous and there are lots of it's branches at Turkey. The menu displayed outside the restaurant. The restaurant really looked like a fast food outlet. It was very big too. The placemate that also displayed the menu. I love how they explained on this where did they get the meat and other ingredients.  Iskender (13.95 TL) This was the main menu for the restaurant. It was a doner meat with bread slices beneath it, and the sauce was tasty! Corba (5.50 TL)  This soup tasted like potatoes and was well eaten with butter filled bread. Dilim patates (8.95 TL) which means potatoes wedges. Kunefe (6.50 TL) This was our dessert and I love it. The sourness of the sour cream and the pistachio's taste bal
