Ala Doner @ Kizilay, Ankara

Image
Assalamualaikum :D During my stays in Turkey, there were few times that I went to Kizilay. Kizilay is one of the hectic town in Ankara where lots of restaurants available there. One of the restaurant that I went was Ala Doner which served turkish cuisines.  It was a double-storey and a corner lot restaurant. The ambience inside the restaurant. The open kitchen area. The menu.  Tavuk doner  It was a meal with pieces chicken, rotisserie, fries and rice. Unlike other Turkish restaurants, the saltiness of this doner just right for me. Sometimes I need a bit of salt. Hehe The side dishes which consisted of chilli paste, pickled japanese cucumber and diluted yogurt. Recommended :D Ala Doner No. 15/2 Necatibey Caddesi  06420 Kizilay  Ankara, Turkey. (+90)3122298383 www.aladoner.com.tr * Any wrong information was unintentional and my apology to the restaurant or to the right authorities.

Hadramawt Palace Restaurant @ Bukit Baru

Image
Assalamualaikum :D Hadramwt Palace is a new Arabic restaurant which is located at Bukit Baru. The restaurant is  nicely decorated and promotes Yemeni cuisines thus it gives a good vibe of Yemeni cultures. Indeed it was a palace cause the building was huge!! The outside eating area. The mesmerizing lamp decorations. How did it looked inside. The second floor eating area. Ohh well, there was also a wedding dais. Fyi, you can rent the entire restaurant for your wedding! Lamb kabsa. It was very tasty, I like the spiciness of the tomato sauce and  the smooth texture of the lamb meat. You can choose your portion amount of serving. (S/M/L for RM18/30/55) Shish tawooq (RM16) The taste was nice but it could be better if the food portion was bigger. I miss the tavuk sis I had eaten in Turkey. Hehe Grilled fish fillet (RM17) This one was very yummy :D Jamaica (RM8) It was a combi of pineappple and orang
